In March 2025, the Green Office Movement Symposium convened 14 Green Offices and sustainability-focused educational organizations at the Université de Liège. Hosted by Green Office ULiège, the event provided a platform for participants to share best practices, discuss goals and challenges, and collaboratively strategize for the future of sustainability in higher education.

Workshops were held at HEC Liège, offering an inspiring setting for in-depth discussions. Evenings allowed attendees to explore the cultural richness of the city of Liège, fostering informal connections among participants.

The symposium concluded with an optional excursion to the Parc naturel Hautes Fagnes-Eifel. Participants visited the Station Scientifique of the University of Liège, where they explored the Fagne de Polleur and gained insights into the natural and human heritage of Belgium's highest plateau, characterized by its unique peat bog landscape.
