The SOS-International summit is back for2025! Following the huge success of the summit in 2024 at University of Twente, we are delighted to confirm dates and initial details for the 2025 event…
What: Our theme for 2025 is ‘Mobilizing student leadership for environmental justice’. We will bring together workshops, keynotes and panelists to equip you and your team with the knowledge, skills and connections to take your work on sustainability and climate justice to the next level.
Where: the 2025 summit will be hosted by Green Office Ghent, Belgium.
When: the summit will be a 2-day event, running on Thursday 8th and Friday 9thMay 2025. For those travelling from further away, a social dinner will be available as an add-on for the evening of Wednesday 7th May. On Saturday 10th May, we are planning a sustainability-themed tour inand around Ghent, more details to follow.
The summit brings together students, staff and changemakers from across the higher education for sustainability community.
The summit organizing team is currently reviewing all submissions for workshop sessions, panelists and keynote speakers. The final schedule will be published early in 2025.
